房間還可以，對比價格的話性價比一般。但是有個非常嚴重的問題，蚊子巨多，酒店給的噴霧劑加自帶的驅蚊水都不起作用。被咬了很多包。因為泳池房廁所有風扇進蚊子，廁所和臥室是推拉門，還有大縫關不嚴。受了罪了。酒店服務尚可。藍夢島物價挺貴。風景可以，浮潛還可以，不會水的慎選，海上風浪大。推薦紅樹林坐船和浮潛。

在這家做spa一定要注意服務費和稅費，我們兩個人按了800k在kuta都能按6個人的價格了，房間真的很棒，有獨立泳池還有超大浴室，但是spa真心不建議在裡面做

Отель расположен на берегу с собственным пляжем. Но из-за камней у входа в воду невозможно зайти. Если планируете наслаждаться видом на океан, то это хорошее месторасположение. В отеле повсюду зелень, в нашем номере росло дерево франджипани и каждый раз можно было брать цветочки для украшения. Отель однозначно не 5*, думаю 3+*. При выезде персонал проверял номер, это странно для 5*. Нуждается в ремонте, завтрак был средним, но есть на выбор яйца, омлет, голодными не останетесь, но еда посредственная. В отеле есть бесплатный трансфер до причала. Мы этого не знали, как приехали, нужно было связываться с отелем заранее.

We have a pool villa and stayed for 3 nights. The villa itself is nice but didn’t have any outdoor furniture for us to sit outside. So basically just the bedroom inside and then the pool. The villa is very private which is great. The beach at the front of the property is very nice. Lots of chairs and lounge to sit. Breakfast need to be improved big time. Lots of flies on every items. The toaster never work. The service is very odd, lots of staff but they seem to be busy talking amount themselves.

The place is not well-equipped at all. There are limited alcohol options, and basic food varieties were unavailable, with the excuse given that they were sold out. Salmon was not available from the menu because it was deemed too expensive for the purchasing team. Similarly, butter chicken was unavailable, claimed to be sold out before dinner even began. None of the basic premium brands of alcohol were available. Furthermore, the rooms had a significant mosquito infestation, making it impossible to sleep at night. All three rooms experienced malfunctioning air conditioning systems. I don't recommend the place at all the only saving grace was the staff.

Totally awesome experience! We had a One Bedroom Premiere Private Pool Villa (407). Unforgettable experience for us as we never had a private pool. Definitely recommend this resort and we would stay again when visiting. They have a great breakfast which is on the beach and beside the outdoor pool. Not sure about lunch or dinner but there some nice local restaurants outside of the resort. Cheer’s

在峇里島入住了三間酒店，這間是我認為服務最差的一間，但價錢是最貴的一間訂房時說會有提供接送服務，一直找不到方法聯絡酒店，嘗試過多種方法客服，到達當地打電話，電郵，whatsapp等的方法，最後他們很遲才回覆電郵叫我們WhatsApp聯絡，但一間五星級的酒店應主動WhatsApp客人，訂房時有提供電話。離開時我們訂了9點45分的接送服務，本來想9點先辦理退房手續後享用早餐再離開，但退房時職員叫我們上車，最後我們沖沖忙忙吃完早餐離去。酒店景很美，但服務真的很差，不會再入住
